Product Characteristics

4Cr5MoSiV corresponds to foreign steel grade H11, has a strong secondary hardening effect, and belongs to high-toughness and heat-stability steel. It is one of the widely used Cr-Mo-V hot-work mold steels at home and abroad. This steel possesses excellent strength, toughness, wear resistance, thermal stability and cold-/thermal-fatigue resistance under medium temperature conditions (≤600℃), and can effectively resist the initiation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks caused by temperature cyclic alternating. Its comprehensive performance is excellent.
