Product Characteristics
-
GH4099 is a Ni-Cr based precipitation hardened wrought superalloy, with the long-term service temperature below 900℃, and short-term operating temperature up to 1000℃. The alloy is strengthened by adding W, Mo, Cr, and Co for solid-solution strengthening, adding Al and Ti to form γ' precipitation strengthening phase, and adding trace B, Ce and Mg for grain boundary strengthening, offering the obvious comprehensive strengthening. The alloy has excellent room and high temperature strength, outstanding oxidation resistance, and good thermal processing and welding performance.
