Product Characteristics

According to supply-demand agreements, this steel can be used to manufacture ultra-high-strength bolts requiring fatigue resistance, stress-corrosion resistance and bearing large loads, such as aircraft undercarriage bolts. Strength grade is not less than 1860 MPa. However, this steel is relatively sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement and can only adopt protective measures, such as oxidation or painting. Its corrosion resistance is limited, and it is not suitable for applications requiring high corrosion resistance.

Industrial Application

It can be used to manufacture ultra-high-strength bolts requiring fatigue resistance, stress-corrosion resistance and bearing large loads.
