Superalloy

Superalloy refers to a class of iron, nickel or cobalt based metal materials, capable of long-term service under high temperatures above 600℃ and certain stress, and it possesses high temperature resistance, good oxidation and corrosion resistance, good anti-fatigue properties, fracture toughness and other comprehensive properties. Our company's main superalloy products include: Inconel 718 forged and hot rolled round bars applied to gas turbine, petroleum, aerospace; N90 forged bars applied to aerospace, N80A flat bars and forged bars; Incoloy 901 stepped shaft forgings applied to steam turbines as well as other various superalloy forged bars, rolled rounds and forgings for aviation, aerospace and gas turbine applications.

Main Applications

IN800

Parts that operate long term below 900℃, such as: turbine engine combustion chambers, turbine outer rings and exhaust devices. It is suitable for manufacturing the flame tubes, combustion chamber outer casings, afterburner combustion chambers, guide vane rings and other annular parts of various aviation and aerospace engines.

High-carbon variant of 800, ideal for elevated temperature pressure vessels and heat treatment equipment.

IN8025

Excellent corrosion resistance in sulfuric, phosphoric acids; widely used in chemical processing and oil & gas.
