Product Characteristics

04Cr15Ni7Cu2MoNbVN is a Cr-Ni-Cu-Mo-Nb low-carbon martensitic precipitation hardened stainless steel, mainly strengthened by low-carbon martensitic transformation, carbide precipitation and intermetallic compound precipitation Its mechanical properties are primarily determined by the aging temperature. This alloy features very good corrosion resistance (similar to 304 stainless steel), medium strength (similar to 410 stainless steel), excellent oxidation resistance at 650℃, and good machinability and weldability.

Industrial Application

The alloy's main products include bars, plates, tubes and strips. They are widely used in and civilian fields, such as aviation, aerospace, marine vessels, and steam or gas turbine blades, blowers and food-processing equipment.

Company Product Applications
