Product Characteristics
-
GH3044 is a Ni-Cr based solid-solution strengthened wrought superalloy, with a service temperature below 900℃. The alloy contains a large amount of tungsten and small amounts of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high plasticity, medium thermal strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing long-term components of aero engines operating below 900℃, including components of main combustion chambers and afterburner combustion chambers, as well as thermal shields and guide blades. Main products include plates, strips, wires, bars and rings.
-
Industrial Application
-
The alloy has been used to manufacture aero engine combustion chambers and afterburner combustion chambers with stamped and welded structural components, as well as mounting edges, ducts and guide blades, showing reliable performance and good service.
The alloy can be welded using fluorine arc spot welding, seam welding and brazing, and can be combined for welding with alloy, such as 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140, GH3030 and GH3039. Parts operating at high temperature can be effectively protected with W 2 enamel coating.
