Product Characteristics

30CrMnSiA belongs to medium-carbon alloy structural steel, with relatively poor welding performance. 30CrMnSiA has very high strength and good toughness after quenching and tempering, and also has good hardenability. 30CrMnSiA has good machinability, very small machining deformation, and fairly good fatigue resistance.

Industrial Application

The alloy's main products are bars and forgings. 30CrMnSiA steel plate is commonly used in enterprises. With small machining deformation, it can withstand long-time and high-intensity work. It is often used to make piston components, sprockets, large cutting gears, etc., and is also often applied to some special wear-resistant parts on automobiles and aircraft.
