Product Characteristics

35CrMnSiA steel is a low alloy ultra-high-strength steel. After heat treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, sufficient toughness, hardenability, weldability and good forming machinability, but poor corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The service temperature is generally below 200℃. It is suitable for use after isothermal quenching or low-temperature tempering.

Industrial Application

35CrMnSiA is an important engineering material widely used in the modern manufacturing field. It is used to manufacture high-strength, medium-speed, heavy-load parts and high-strength components, such as aircraft undercarriages, gears, shafts, clutches, sprockets, grinding wheel shafts, bushings, bolts, nuts, etc. In addition, it can be applied in manufacturing wear-resistant parts with low working temperature and large load variation. High-pressure blower blades, valve plates, non-corrosive pipelines and other welded components.
