Product Characteristics

Cr12Mo1V1 is a high-carbon high-chromium cold-work mold steel widely used internationally, belonging to Ledeburitic steel, and has high hardenability, hardening capability and high wear resistance; it has good high-temperature oxidation resistance, good anti-corrosion ability after quenching and polishing, and small heat treatment deformation.

Industrial Application

It is suitable for molds, cutting tools and gauges requiring high wear resistance, such as fine punching molds, stretching molds and hemming molds.
