Martensitic Stainless Steel
Grade:
FB2Standards and Technical Conditions:
SQMS 20.16.04-01
-
Product Characteristics
-
13Cr9Mo2Co1NiVNbNB is a martensitic heat-resistant steel with relatively high strength and good creep resistance. It was developed to meet the higher performance requirements for high-strength heat-resistant steels used in ultra-supercritical steam turbines with steam temperatures exceeding 620℃, and is used for key components, such as medium- and high-pressure rotors in ultra-supercritical units.
-
Industrial Application
-
This steel grade is mainly used for forgings, including steam inlet pipes of gas turbines, valve seats, valve stems and other small forgings.
-
Company Product Applications
-
The Company produces forgings used for steam inlet pipes of gas turbines, and the steel ingots it sells are used to produce small forgings, such as valve seats and valve stems.
