Product Characteristics

0Cr11Ni2MoVNb is Martensitic thermal-strength steel, which is equivalent to Russia grade ЭП609. The smelting and processing of such steel grade have been already mature in Russia, and widely used to manufacture the parts of gas turbine. Meanwhile, 0Cr11Ni2MoVNb is also a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and has sufficient toughness, good machinability and weldability, and a certain structural stability. It is mainly used for manufacturing the compressor disks, journals, casings, mounting edges and other parts of gas turbine. The compressor disks of a certain heavy-duty gas turbine developed in China is also manufactured using this material.
