Product Characteristics

GH901 is a Fe-Ni-Cr based precipitation hardened wrought superalloy. The alloy has high yield strength and endurance strength below 650℃, good oxidation resistance below 760℃, and long-term microstructure stability. Main products include: turbine disks, compressor disks, shaft diameters, static structural components, turbine outer rings and fasteners, as well as various high temperature critical components, such as engine blades and steam turbine blades.

Industrial Application

The alloy has been used to manufacture the rotating parts and fasteners for aero engines and land-based gas turbines, with long service life for alloy components.

Bars produced by the Company are applied to steam turbines.

Standard Heat Treatment Procedure
Excerpted from GB/T 15062, GJB 1952A, GJB 2297A, GJB 3165A, GJB 3317A, GJB 3318AGJB 3317A、GJB 3318Aand HB/Z 40.
Main Specifications
Delivery condition:
Bars did not undergo the heat treatment, supplied after grinding or turning;
Rings shall undergo the heat treatment, supplied after turning.

Excerpted from GB/T 14992, differences in impurity element analysis are excerpted from GJB 3317A and GJB 3318A.
